Absolutely – we offer free consultations for larger or specialised catering. We’ll design a menu to suit your needs and outline all terms before you commit, giving you a tailored service and clear expectations.
Reach out to us directly over the phone, email or through our contact form. Please allow time for your order to be confirmed at least three working days before delivery/pick up. This gives us time to source the freshest ingredients and secure any special items you need, so you receive the best possible selection and quality.
Yes – simply email us at least 48 hours before delivery to amend or cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a partial or full charge to cover preparation and ingredient costs.
We deliver across Auckland —  get in touch to find out the delivery cost for your area. Urgent or out-of-hours requests may incur extra fees, or you can opt to pick up free of charge
Tell us about any allergies or special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, low-FODMAP, etc.) when you book. This allows us to adapt our menu where possible, helping you serve food that meets your guests’ needs safely. We will try our best to accomodate your needs but cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
Payment is due once you confirm final numbers, unless we agree another arrangement. Regular or corporate clients can set up invoicing terms, and we may ask for a deposit on large or custom orders. This ensures your booking is secured and your catering runs smoothly.
Our food arrives ready to serve (unless otherwise specified) in 100% fully compostable, biodegradable packaging. If you need napkins, disposable plates or cutlery, let us know when you book.

Yes, we work around your schedule. Whether it’s a breakfast briefing, team lunch, or late-afternoon session, we’ll deliver when you need it—straight to your office.
Yes, we have some minimum order quantities, and these are next to the pricing of each item on our menu.

We take great care to provide meals that are gentle, nourishing and aligned with post procedure recovery. We consult with a qualified food nutritionist and work with simple restorative ingredients. Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, FODMAP-friendly, and allergy-safe meal options are available to help meet the needs of every patient.
We work around your timetable. Whether it’s early mornings or between patient appointments, our delivery service is prompt and hassle-free.
Yes, we can provide tailor-made menus based on your team’s requirements. If you have an off-site function, we can take care of that too.
